PURPOSE: A belt conveyor is provided to extend lifespan of a belt by preventing abrasion of the belt due to friction with a roller and to prevent environmental pollution by continuously cleaning the belt. CONSTITUTION: A belt conveyor comprises a belt and a water pressure supply part(30). The belt moves in a caterpillar and transfers cargo. The water pressure supply part supports the bottom of the belt using the spray pressure of fluid. The water pressure supply part comprises a belt support portion, a spray nozzle, a water supply line(40), and a drain line(45). The belt support portion is arranged at the bottom of the belt to separate from the belt. The spray nozzle is coupled to the belt support portion to upwardly spray the fluid. The water supply line supplies the fluid to the spray nozzle. The drain line collects the fluid of the belt support portion.
