PURPOSE: A cast product manufacturing method using decompression casting and a cast product manufactured by the same are provided to obtain a thin cast product with improved durability, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. CONSTITUTION: A cast product manufacturing method using decompression casting comprises the steps of: forming a full mold out of styrofoam to have a shape corresponding to a cast product(S120), forming a ceramic coating film on the surface of the full mold(S130), removing the styrofoam inside the ceramic coating film through a lost styrofoam process to obtain a cast product mold(S140), inserting the cast product mold into a mold(S150), and injecting molten steel into the cast product mold to obtain a cast product(S160).
