PURPOSE: A high efficiency cooling tower system using plants is provided to reduce a discharging amount of carbon dioxide by enhancing the cooling efficiency because an inner temperature of a cooling tower is decreased. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency cooling tower system using comprises a cooling tower(T), a scupper(200) for scattered water, a root pipe(300), and plants(P). The cooling tower scatters the scattered water(SW). The scupper receives the scattered water by being installed in the cooling tower. The root pipe is installed in the cooling tower and connected to the scupper for the scattered water so that the scattered water flows into the root pipe. The plants spread roots in the inside of the root pipe and cover the exterior of the cooling tower with stem. |
