PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for removing a top nozzle of a nuclear fuel frame work after used are provided to easily remove a top nozzle by repeatedly moving a hammer part. CONSTITUTION: A top nozzle combining part(110) is separably combined with a top nozzle. A body part(120) is connected to one side of the top nozzle combining part. The body part supports the top nozzle combining part. A hammer part(130) delivers a load to the top nozzle combination part. A guide part(140) guides a movement of the hammer part.
