PURPOSE: A perforating apparatus capable of enabling food ingredients to quickly absorb sauce or fermented liquid therein is provided to enable users to directly inject the sauce or the fermented liquid into the food ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A perforating apparatus capable of enabling food ingredients to quickly absorb sauce or fermented liquid therein comprises the following: a lifting block(20) including a hollow unit(21) having an opening on the upper side, combined to a body(10) to be lifted; a perforation pin(40) fitted into a through-hole of the lifting block; a projecting control unit(50) projecting the inner end of the perforation pin into the hollow unit by the lifting of the lifting block; the perforation pin has the shape of a syringe needle with an injection hole therein; an injection unit(90) injecting the sauce or the fermented liquid into the perforation pin; a supply pipe(91) connected to the injection hole and a pump(93); a storage tank(92) connected to the supply pipe; and plural sliding blocks(54) connected to the outer end of the perforation pin.
