PURPOSE: The sludge collecting apparatus of a settling bath is provided to scrap and move sludge although protrusions or raised parts are located on the bottom of the setting bath by moving flight members. CONSTITUTION: The sludge collecting apparatus of a settling bath includes a pair of chains(21), a plurality of sprockets, a plurality of flight members, a rail, a plurality of plates-shaped scrapers(60), a rear side sloping unit, and a horizontal side sloping unit. The chains are wound around the sprockets. The flight members of intervals are installed along the chains. The flight members are in contact with the rail and move. The scrapers scrape and move sludge at the lower sides of the flight members. The rear side sloping unit is installed between the flight members and the scrapers, and the scrapers move to the rear side of the moving directions of the flight members. The rear side sloping unit includes a hinge shaft(71) and a torsion spring(72).
