PURPOSE: A cycle saddle for protecting scrotum and perineum is provided to prevent the separation of hip, to remove sweat from generative organs, and to improve blood circulation. CONSTITUTION: A cycle saddle(100) for protecting scrotum and perineum comprises: a plastic frame installed in a bicycle pole; a cushion for mounding hip of a user, surrounding the external side of a frame, a seating part comprising a mounting groove for combining with the cushion, and a circular seating groove; a concave hip-attaching part becoming lower and having narrower side toward front at the same time, and in which a concave empty space(100a) is formed on a lower side; and a scrotum protecting part becoming lower and having narrower from the hip-attaching part toward a front side, thereby forming a concave space on an upper side.
