PURPOSE: A terminal device, a system thereof, and a method thereof for sharing a virtual image are provided to generate a virtual image having a mobile coordinate and to share the virtual image with the other terminal device. CONSTITUTION: A virtual image generating unit(111) generates a moving virtual image. A virtual image registration requesting unit(112) requests registration of the virtual image to a virtual image sharing server. A virtual image sharing unit(113) receives the virtual image from the virtual image sharing server. The virtual image generating unit generates the virtual image in an AR(Augmented Reality) method.
