PURPOSE: A group communication apparatus and method thereof are provided to offer high capacity and speed multimedia service to terminal end apparatus by combining plural terminals through a terminal combination apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A connection unit(411) contacts to plural terminals. A group management unit(412) creates a group identifier according to a group creation request. The group management unit allocates the connection identifier of the terminal to the identifier. A service providing unit(413) transmits an uplink packet to a network. The service providing unit transmits downlink packets to the terminals. A handover control unit(415) controls the handover in order to simultaneously handover data to a target base station.
