PURPOSE: A photoelectric cell lamp and a controlling method thereof are provided to maximize energy consumption efficiency of a lamp by minimizing energy loss due to a light emitted to the side direction of the lamp. CONSTITUTION: A reflection plate is installed on a case(10). A first lighting part(30) is installed on the reflective plate. A first photoelectric cell plate(40) is installed around the side surface of the first lighting part. A second lighting part(50) is installed around the first lighting part. A second photoelectric cell plate(60) is installed around the side surface of the second lighting part. A power supply(70) is installed in the case. |
