ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY

摘要

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display is provided to prevent from displaying abnormal screen on slip out mode by discharging a reference voltage applied to an anode of OLED to a ground voltage within a slip out mode. CONSTITUTION: A panel driving circuit chip includes regulator and a first switch. The panel driving circuit chip is input a panel voltage and VDD input voltage. VDD1 is input to a power element of a frame memory at the beginning of a slip out mode. A regulator converts a panel voltage to a reference voltage. A first switch keeps being turned on during five frame periods(N+1-N+5) and lowers a reference voltage to a ground voltage.
