PURPOSE: A fluid spraying roller having a shielding unit is provided to reduce a contact pressure between surfaces of a roller and a product by spraying fluid on the surface of the roller of a cylindrical shape and to increase a transferring speed of the product by reducing friction between the roller and product and damage of the roller and product. CONSTITUTION: A fluid spraying roller having a shielding unit comprises a roller(11) and a shielding plate. A fluid space(113) where fluid flows in is formed in the inside of the roller. An outlet connected to the fluid space is formed on a surface of the roller and the shielding plate is installed in a section where the product does not contact inside or outside of the roller in a circumferential direction of the roller. The roller is composed a reinforcing tube and sintering tube. The reinforcing tube comprises a plurality of outlets and the sintering tube is joined to the outer side of the reinforcing tube. |
