ACTIVATED SLUDGE DISINTEGRATION APPARATUS USING MICROBUBBLE AND ULTRASONIFICATION

PURPOSE: A sludge reducing apparatus is provided to improve the efficiency of sludge reduction by combining micro-bubble-based and ultrasound wave-based operations. CONSTITUTION: A sludge reducing apparatus includes a micro-bubble contacting bath(10) and an ultrasound wave contacting bath(20). The micro-bubble contacting bath treats sludge based on the hydrodynamic force of micro-bubbles. The ultrasound wave contacting bath solubilizes the sludge based on the cavitation of ultrasound waves. The micro-bubble contacting bath includes a circulating pipe(23), a sucking unit(24), and a pressurized circulating pump(25). The pressurized circulating pump generates the micro-bubbles and pulverizes the sludge.
