PURPOSE: A sperm sorting method using magnetic beads is provided to contribute to stockbreeding by rapidly and conveniently sorting spermatid. CONSTITUTION: A sperm sorting method using magnetic beads is as follows. One selected from X-chromosome, Y-chromosome, W-chromosome, or Z-chromosome is specifically combined with a magnetic bead by adding the magnetic bead including iron to fresh sperm or frozen sperm of vertebrate except for that of humans. The sperm combined with the magnetic bead is separated by using magnetic field or a magnet. The separation degree of the sperm is confirmed.
