PURPOSE: An apparatus for correcting the array of a tape carrier package is provided to automatically array a tape carrier package by including a motor for transferring a pusher and a sprocket to X, Y, and &thgr; axes. CONSTITUTION: A camera part(120) takes a photograph of a tape carrier package(10) transferred for the test of a semiconductor chip. A display part(130) displays the transfer state information of the tape carrier package and the test result information of the semiconductor chip. A recognition part(140) identifies an alignment mark and a sprocket guide line which are respectively marked in the tape carrier package. A distance measuring part(150) measures the distance between the sprocket guide line and the alignment mark. A comparison part(160) compares the size of each distance information measured in the distance measuring part.
