<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device package is provided to prevent light generated from a light emitting device from being attenuated due to a zener diode by including a support part for mounting the zener diode within the same cavity. CONSTITUTION: A body(110) includes a plurality of cavities and a wall portion(120). The cavities include a first cavity(170) with a constant voltage device and second and third cavities(180,190) with a light emitting device. The floor side area of the first cavity is equal to or narrower than those of the second and third cavities. Lead frames(140,150) are included in the body. Light emitting devices(130,135) are electrically connected to the lead frame.</p> |
