PURPOSE: A mobile communication system and a distribution load control method thereof are provided to perform distribution load control by connection of nodes in consideration of overload control parameter. CONSTITUTION: A first load control unit(110) collects first load control information including load state information of a first core network device and radio resource information. If a call setup request is supplied from a terminal, the first load control unit determines available resource based on the first load control information. The first load control unit requests a call setup to the first core network device. |
