PURPOSE: An apparatus for molding parts of a car is provided to implement high-speed molding with low power because a pneumatic booster is installed in a hydraulic path supplied to a hydraulic cylinder and controls the hydraulic cylinder. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for molding parts of a car comprises an upper machine body(10), a lower machine body(30), a forming mold unit(40), and a pneumatic booster. In the upper machine body, a hydraulic cylinder(20) is installed in the top center of the apparatus and has a pressing rod(22) operated directly downward. The forming mold unit is fixed to a plate(32) of the lower machine body and comprises a forming mold(45) installed in the top center of a base(41), a lifting plate(43) fitted to a vertical guide rod(42) at a corner portion and elastically supported upward, and a pressing member(48) moving downward into the molding cavity(46) of the forming mold to mold car parts. |
