PURPOSE: A method for producing carbon composite metal oxide briquettes is provided to obtain metal oxide briquettes with high quality by changing the speed of temperature increase during low-temperature plasticizing. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing carbon composite metal oxide briquettes comprises the following steps: mixing ore, coal, and a binder(S100); molding the mixture into metal oxide briquettes(S110); and low-temperature plasticizing the metal oxide briquettes at a temperature of 300-700 deg. C.(S120). In the low-temperature plasticizing step, the speed of temperature increase is changed according to the kind of coal.
