PURPOSE: A voltage and current detection device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent malfunction and damage by preventing water from flowing into upper and lower assemblies using a lower case. CONSTITUTION: A voltage and current detection device(P) is composed of an upper assembly(1) and a lower assembly(2). An upper hinge is formed on one side of the upper assembly. A lower hinge corresponding to the upper hinge is formed on the top of one side of the lower assembly. Coupling holes are formed at the centers of the upper and lower hinges. When the upper and lower assemblies are coupled to each other, the coupling holes are coaxially aligned. A rotary shaft(4) is inserted into the coupling holes so that the upper and lower assemblies can be rotated around the rotary shaft.
