PURPOSE: A wheel and a moving body comprising the same capable of changing an effective diameter is provided to change the moving speed of the moving body while maintaining the rotational speed of the wheel and to change the effective diameter of the wheel for various ground conditions. CONSTITUTION: A wheel(1) and a moving body comprising the same which change an effective diameter comprises a first rotating body(100), a plurality of second rotating bodies(200), a driving unit, and an expansion body(300). The first rotating body is rotated with a pivot of the wheel and comprises a first disk(110) and a tire(120). The driving unit rotates the second rotating body by force. The expansion body is expanded from the second rotating body and attached to the first rotating body to be detached. |
