PURPOSE: A thin film transistor array substrate for an x-ray detector and the x-ray detector are provided to improve a fill factor of an X-ray detector by increasing the rate of a photodiode area. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor array substrate(110) senses X-rays emitted from an energy source. A bias supply part(120) applies a driving voltage to a plurality of bias lines. A gate driver(130) successively applies gate pulses to a plurality of gate lines. A readout integrated circuit(150) includes a signal detection part(160) and a multiplexer(170). A timing control part(180) generates a start signal(STV) and a clock signal(CPV) and outputs them to a gate driver.
