PURPOSE: A collaboration communication system for operating a facility of high efficiency between a user and an apparatus is provided to perform data communication with devices related manufacturing control. CONSTITUTION: A protocol module(110) defines a standard data structure about a communication protocol which is related between heterogeneous devices. A protocol relation information module(120) defines order information of the communication protocol related to the standard data structure. A device data relation information module(130) defines device information related to the data. A data processing module(150) defines information for determining an operation system transfer process.
