FIRE-RESISTANCE OF LIGHT-WEIGHT PERMANENT FORM AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A light weight refractory slope-type form composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture light weight refractory slope-type form which can be applied to high-strength concrete by mixing an optimal ratio of gypsum with the light weight mortar. CONSTITUTION: A light weight refractory slope-type form composition includes 10-15 parts by weight of gypsum. A volume ratio of light weighted refractory slope-type form composition to fine aggregate is 1:1.5-1:2. A manufacturing method of light weight fire-proof slope type form comprises a step of adding 10-15 weight% of gypsum. A combination ratio of binding material to fine aggregate of the light weighte refractory slope-type form composition is 1:1.5-1:2.
