PURPOSE: A sewage pump controller and a sewage pump system having the same are provided to perform a remote monitoring and control of a sewage pump by management of a user and to store history information related to operation of the sewage pump. CONSTITUTION: A sewage pump controller comprises a body unit(210), a signal input unit(220), a data communication unit(240), a history information storing unit(260), a display unit(250), an alarm unit(270), a control unit(290), and a mode conversion unit(230). The body unit provides a space for accommodating components of a sewage pump. The signal input unit inputs commands for operating the sewage pump to a sewage pump controller. The data communication unit receives a measurement result transmitted from a sensor unit of the sewage pump and transmits/receives data and control signals to/from a central management device. The history information storing unit stores history information related to operation of the sewage pump. The display unit displays the history information and state information of the sewage pump to a user. The alarm unit informs whether the pump normally operates or not to the user. The mode conversion unit converts the operation of the sewage pump controller into a manual mode or automatic mode.
