PURPOSE: An electrospinning device having a spinning tube is provided to simplify production process and to prevent falling of a spinning solution in a solution state not a fiber state and to improve the product quality of a nanofiber web. CONSTITUTION: An electrospining device comprises: a spinning solution main tank(a) for storing a spinning solution; a spinning solution supply pump(c) for supplying the spinning solution into a spinning tube(e); a tube block of high voltage which stores and supplies the spinning solution to the spinning tube; the spinning tube which has a plurality of discharging holes and performs electrospinning the spinning solution in a collector direction; a spinning tube support(f) which supports the spinning tube by rotation; and a high voltage generator which applies high voltage to the tube block and collector.
