PURPOSE: A vinyl collection device is provided to improve the efficiency of using the same and to enlarge a loading space. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl collection device comprises a mounting frame(100), a pivot frame(200), a working cylinder(300), a collection wheel unit(400), a hydraulic line(500), and a hydraulic valve. The mounting frame uses the hydraulic power of a tractor as a power source and is detachably installed in the loader of the tractor. The pivot frame is hinge-coupled to the mounting frame. The working cylinder is installed in the mounting frame in order to lift the pivot frame. The collection wheel unit comprises a mounting bracket, a drive motor, a twist bracket, a collection wheel, and a power transmission unit. The hydraulic line is connected to the hydraulic power of the tractor and provides power to the working cylinder and drive motor. The hydraulic pressure control valve controls hydraulic pressure provided through the hydraulic line. |
