摘要 PURPOSE: A hydraulic control device for an excavator is provided to have operational responsiveness of an excavator that workers desire by controlling thereof with current having the operational responsiveness of a hydraulic pump that the workers desire. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic control device for an excavator comprises a manipulating unit(100), an input unit(200), a control unit(300), and a fluid feeding unit(400). The manipulating unit comprises an electronic joystick or an electronic pedal for generating pilot pressure according to manipulating signals. In order to have operational responsiveness that an excavator requires, the input unit sets ingredients corresponding to the output of the pilot pressure according to the manipulating amount of the manipulating unit. The input unit sets PID gains indicating the speed of operational responses of a spool(411) connected to a EPPR valve(410) of the fluid feeding unit. The control unit filters the pilot pressure in which the pilot pressure generated by the manipulating unit has the inclination of the output according to the manipulating amount set by workers. The control unit feeds back the current and compares and calculates the filtered pilot pressure to compensate errors. The fluid feeding unit has a EPPR valve for controlling movement of the spool driven by a EPPR driver(330) to control flow rate discharged from a solenoid hydraulic pump(420).
