PURPOSE: A disaster information management method using a smart phone is provided to effectively collect omnidirectional disaster information regardless of the kind of disasters by utilizing a smart phone including a disaster information-only application. CONSTITUTION: Disaster information is collected from a smart phone including a disaster information-only application(S110). A parsing process is filtered(S121). Availability for the requested disaster information is determined(S122). After a report is determined as a valid report, the report is registered in a database(S124). The disaster report registered in the database is transmitted(S130).
