A METHOD FOR IMAGING METASTASIS OF CANCER VIA PRIMO-VESSEL
摘要
PURPOSE: A method for imaging the metastasis of cancer through a primo-vessel is provided to effectively track a cancer cell by minimizing an image loss due to the diffusion of a quantum dot. CONSTITUTION: A quantum dot dye is finely injected to a cancer cell. The cancer cell with the quantum dot dye is injected to an animal except a human being to induce a cancer. A part around the cancer of the animal is cut. A multispectral fluorescent imaging system obtains a fluorescent image and an optical color image according to a plurality of radiative wavelengths. A normalized fluorescent image is obtained in consideration of a dark current image and the fluorescent image. The optical color image is compared with the normalized fluorescent image. The fluorescence shown in the primo-vessel is checked.
