PURPOSE: Aremote-controlled air conditioning device for an electric vehicle and method by a remote control are provided to obtain comfortability while riding in an electric vehicle because an air conditioning system is operated using a remote-controlled device by a driver from a remote area. CONSTITUTION: Aremote controlled air conditioning device for an electric vehicle comprises a communication unit(130), an air conditioning device(120), a measuring unit, and an air conditioning control unit(140). The communication unit receives and transmits all kinds of signals for a remote controller remotely controlling a remote-controlled air conditioning device of an electric vehicle. The air conditioning device is installed in the electric vehicle and operates using a battery as a power source. The measuring unit measures indoor temperature of the electric vehicle. The air conditioning control unit drives the air conditioning device according to request signals for driving the air conditioning device received from the communication unit and controls operation of the air conditioning device to make the inner temperature measured by the measuring unit to be a value within a proper temperature range set beforehand.
