PURPOSE: A roll to roll convey device having an ESD(Electro Static Deposition) type spray unit and a convey unit is provided to prevent towing tension while transferring a target printing object by rotating an auxiliary convey member at the same speed as a transferring speed of the target printing object. CONSTITUTION: A roll to roll convey device having an ESD type spray unit and a convey unit comprises a convey unit(10), a spray unit(20), and an auxiliary convey member(30). The convey unit is installed so that a winder(6) can wind up a target printing object(W) released from an unwinder(4). The spray unit spreads ink to the target printing object conveyed to the convey unit. The auxiliary convey member rotates so that the target printing object can be conveyed to the convey unit at a specific speed. A conductive belt(40) is installed in the auxiliary convey member is rotated to convey the target printing object to a space between the unwinder and the winder at the specific speed. In the conductive belt, one polarity voltage of (+) and (-) is connected.
