PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of flame retardant synthetic resin plate is provided to impart flame retardance to a synthetic resin plate having differently shaped sides of three-dimensional structure, thereby preventing fires. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of flame retardant synthetic resin plate comprises a mixing process(S10) copolymerizing one liquid-phase synthetic resin selected from polyester, acryl, polypropylene, and polystyrene, and phosphoric ester based flame retardant with the weight ratio of 7:3; an extrusion process(S20) extruding mixture of the liquid-phase synthetic resin and the phosphoric ester based flame retardant by a hollow dice to a plate shape; a first cooling process(S30) cooling surface by cold wind supplied from a ventilation fan supporting an extrude-exhausted plate; a first intrusion process(S40) horizontally transferring the plate through an injection roller, heating the surface thereof by a heating line; and a printing process(S50) spreading silicon resin containing stone powder on the surface of the plate, and printing by horizontal operation of a squeegee.
