Invention herewith described refers to the changing the way of tyre curing press operation. The change refers to a different schedule of the existing operations, position of the ring, the bladder assembly, the fans, the reverser, flanging and vacuuming, the time schedule when some operation is performed and for how long which has an influence on the production and the product quality as well as on the regulation of tyre flow on the conveyor belt with the help of sensors and ramps. The sensors control the ramps lowering them when there is enough free space on the conveyor belt for the tyre (finished product). This prevents the damage to the finished product described in detail above. When the two-part moulds (vacuum mould) operate, the vacuum should be turned off immediately after the press closing and achieving the predicted pressure in the tool (press tyre into its mould). There is no point that the vacuum continues to be turned on (referring to the vacuum from the vacuum unit, which serves to draw the air out from the mould before the tyre is pressed into it). There are savings on operating air. The flanging should be so coordinated that it is the same on both sides of the press with respect to time (for the same time to achieve the same pressure on both sides of the press).
