Invention herewith described refers to the dual-rotor pulsed electromagnetic motor provided to operate as the initial drive motor (impellor) with autonomous sources of electricity, which comprises the stator consisting of electromagnets (1) with built-in pole pieces (4) on both sides. These electromagnets are mounted symmetrically on the cassetted plate of the stator (3). The rotor (2) is made in the form of two flat plates, firmly connected to the vertical axis (9) which passes freely through the centre of the stator (3) cassetted plate. On the inside of the rotor plates there are vertically built-in the permanent magnets (6) in the shape of a prism with the rectangular magnetising. They are circularly arranged in one row at the edges of the rotor plates, facing each other in the direction of the stator cassetted plate. Arrangement of the permanent magnets is alternate and they make the ordered pairs. The permanent magnet circular orbit of both rotor plates is located between the pole pieces, above and below the stator cassetted plate. The mutual influence of the stator and rotor magnetic fields is regulated by the mechanical programme collector.
