Invention herewith described refers to the easily readable ruler or triangle for the technical drawing with the measuring scale (1) with the division intervals of 2 mm which allows twice easier reading than the current rulers and triangles. The loss in measuring precision is eliminated by making on the measuring scale (1) besides the primary zero-line (3) also an alternative zero line (4), which is 3 millimetre to the left of it, and serves as the zero line when measuring the length with an odd number of millimetres by applying the simple mathematics.
