The present disclosure provides men's garment having a pouch and a supporting flap. The garment may, for example, be underwear. The pouch and supporting flap are formed such that they are self-aligning, allowing the underwear to be put on without having to manually hold or position the pouch or supporting flap in place. The supporting flap of the present disclosure supports and positions the scrotum and penis away from both the thighs and the perineum into the pouch. The scrotum and penis are therefore protected from pinching between the thighs or being sat upon, reducing or eliminating discomfort from compression. |
