PURPOSE: A lamp shield driving device and a lamp assembly including the same for a vehicle are provided to accurately control the rotation of a rotation shield by using a DC motor with low costs. CONSTITUTION: A first gear(261) rotates by receiving a rotation driving force of a driving motor unit. A second gear rotates the rotation shield connected to a rotation shaft and includes a first holding groove(242a), a second holding groove(242b), and a third holding groove(242c). A cover unit(210) covers the first gear and the second gear. A first elastic unit(230) is located in the rotation shaft of the second gear. A housing(280) receives a driving motor unit, a first gear, and a second gear.
