The invention relates to machinery construction, in particular, to test facilities for use in motor vehicle engineering for enhancing wear-resistance of working surfaces of test desks. The invention is aimed at increasing efficiency and durability of roller operation, ability to use the roller for diagnosis motor vehicles using studded tire , maximum approach of physical properties of the roller surface to natural road conditions. The inventive task is solved by using multi-layer coating made from a composite material comprising a binder, e.g. acrylic or epoxy or polyester resin, a filler, e.g. quartz sand or stone crumps and reinforcing fibrous element, e.g. glass cloth, glass bend, glass thread (roving). There are some other differences from the prototype. The use of described technology provides to manufacture the roller surface maximum approached to natural conditions of roadway covering and high wear resistance during durable operation. |
