PURPOSE: An adhesive composition for backside protective sheet of solar cell and a solar battery rear side protection sheet are provided to give excellent adhesion and wet and heat tolerant durability and to obtain enough pot-life. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition for backside protective sheet of solar cell comprises polyester-based polyol, cross-linking agent, and Lewis base crosslinking promotor. The Lewis base crosslinking promotor is represented by chemical formula 1. Here, X indicates H, -OR or - N(R)2 and can be substituted for carbon number 2,3, or 4. R indicates H or C1-24 aliphatic hydrocarbon group. 0.001-1 parts by weight of solid content Lewis base crosslinking promoter is included based on 100.0 parts by weight of polyester polyol. The solar battery rear side protection sheet is manufactured by welding two pieces or more of base films by using the adhesive composition.
