METHOD FOR MONITORING COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A method for monitoring a communication system and an apparatus for the same are provided to concentratedly manage a network device with incorrectly set parameter values by relating/analyzing parameter values set in the network device and events occurred in the network device. CONSTITUTION: A database(260) stores error parameter information and a reference parameter value. A parameter collecting part(210) collects parameter values set in a network device. A parameter analyzing part(220) compares the collected parameter values and the reference parameter value of the database. If the difference of the collected parameter values and the reference parameter value, the parameter analyzing part stores the parameter values in the error parameter information of the database. An event collecting part(230) collects events occurred in the network device.
