PURPOSE: A height adjustable folding table is provided to be easily adjusted and to be conveniently used in a narrow space. CONSTITUTION: A height adjustable folding table comprises a folding table frame(10), an upper plate connection stick, a folding upper plate(20), a folding leg(30), a leg adjustment fixation pin, an upper plate support, a frame hanger(14), a connection rod, a lower connection rod, a rotating pin(52), a groove, a long fixture, and a magnet. The folding leg is adjusted in a three-stage in order to fix the upper plate. The leg adjustment fixation pin fixes the height of the leg. The upper plate support supports the upper plate from the frame. The frame hanger is able to hang the folding table frame on the wall.
