<p>Aqueous cosmetic composition comprises a gelling polymer of the aqueous phase, an organopolysiloxane elastomer powder coated with a silicone resin, and oil (known as an oil cake) e.g. oil having a viscosity of =10 cPs, a surface tension of 21-31 mN/m and a boiling rate of 0.002 mg/cm2>/minute. The composition has a hardness, which is given by a penetration force of >=2 g, preferably 2-20 g.</p> |
