PURPOSE: A rear protective sheet for a solar cell and a solar cell module including the same are provided to improve weatherability for a long time by increasing adhesion with EVA fillers. CONSTITUTION: A polyethylene based film(11), a barrier film(13) and a weatherizing film(14) are adhered by using an acrylic adhesive layer. The polyethylene based film is closely adhered to ethylene-vinyl acetate fillers. The acrylic adhesive layer is made of adhesive compositions including carboxyl group acrylic copolymer(12), a crosslink agent, and a catalyst. The crosslink agent is a multi-functional isocyanate-based compound.
