<p>The invention relates to an installation for varying the speed of the rubber mat of some conveyor belts (c and d) depending on the load thereof. According to the invention, the installation comprises four subassemblies (1, 2, 3 and 4): a subassembly (1) comprising the asynchronous motor with short-circuit rotor driving the conveyor belt (d); the subassembly (2) comprising the variable frequency static converter; the subassembly (3) comprising the programmable automaton provided with an electronic control unit with microcontroller and vector regulation; a subassembly (4) comprising the specialized flow rate transducer, the installation having the role of correlating the speed of the rubber mat of the conveyor belts (d) with the load thereof by the variation of the operating duty of the asynchronous motor with short circuit rotor, namely the first subassembly (1).</p> |
