A METHOD OF PRODUCING GERMANIUM STRAWBERRIES

PURPOSE: A producing method of high concentration germanium strawberries is provided to improve the content of germanium in the strawberries more than 10 times. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of high concentration germanium strawberries comprises a step of providing germanium-bound peptide to strawberries after each flower cluster is fertilized during an enlargement period for 2-5 times. Amino acid fertilizer is applied to the strawberry growing soil for 1-4 times before or after providing the germanium-bound peptide. Calcium-bound peptide is applied to leaves of the strawberries for 1-4 times during a growing period. The strawberry growing soil is sprayed with a soil microbial preparation for growing microorganisms in the soil for 3-4 days before planting the strawberries.
