PURPOSE: A frame for an LED signboard and a method for manufacturing an LED signboard using the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process for an LED signboard by integrally forming a PC board and supporting projections in a frame. CONSTITUTION: A frame(10) for an LED signboard includes first and second support projections(11,13) formed on the top thereof. A PC board is inserted in a fixing groove(100) between the first and second support projections. A protrusion(300) serves as a prop for the PC board. A space(400) is formed in a vertical direction on an end of the fixing groove, where the size of the space changes according to the size of the protrusion. A third support projection(15) is formed on the underside of the frame. A reinforcing flange(200) is formed upward in a vertical direction on the section of the third support projection. |
