MAGNETIC POLYMER SHEET HAVING ADHESIVES

PURPOSE: An adhesive magnet polymer sheet is provided to carry non-magnetic material by using magnetic chuck or vacuum chuck. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive magnet polymer sheet(3) which is attached on one side of plate-like non-magnetic material in order to carry magnetic chuck(1) comprises a magnet polymer sheet(5) which includes polymer and magnetic material and is shaped as a sheet and an adhesive layer(4) which consists of adhesive agent. The magnetic material is one selected from iron, nickel, and cobalt, or a combination thereof. A volume fraction of the magnetic material compared to polymer is 5-50% in the magnetic material polymer sheet.
