Novelty: Vertical-axis wind generator Constitution: A turbine equipped with aerodynamic blades adequately positioned between the two peripheries (18, 19, 20, 21) of the turbine which is fixed on the base (37), on the ground surface. The periphery of the lower base of the turbine adjoins the wheels of the supporting periphery (23, 24, 25) for providing stability and balance to the turbine throughout rotation in strong winds. At the peripheral base of the turbine (22) there is positioned a low-capacity electromotor (29) the wheel of which sets into rotation the turbine in case of low-velocity winds. Furthermore, diametrically- opposite equally-weighed spheres (51, 52, 53, 54) are attached to the periphery of the lower base of the turbine (fig.2) to endow this last with stability and provide great torque due to the angular momentum conservation. The turbine wind generator is non-orientable to enable the free ingress of the wind inside the turbine, independently from the wind direction; the wind enters the turbine, presses the blades and, in the sequel, enters the low pressure area (38) (the centre of the turbine) wherein the created turbulence multiplies the velocity and analogously increases the rotation of the turbine the kinetic energy of which is transmitted through its shaft (31, 32, 33) to the power generator (34) for energy generation. |
