SALIVA WEIGHT MEASUREMENT METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for weighing saliva is provided to capture particles under micron and to accurately measure total mass of the saliva. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring saliva weight comprises: a step of measuring the weight of a sample bag and a filter(S1); a step of sneezing toward the inside of the sample bag(S2); a step of filtering the inside air of the sample bag(S3); a step of measuring the weight of the sample bag after sneezing and the weight of the filter after filtering(S4); and a step of calculating total weight of saliva after sneezing(S5).
